No score

Research notes
The official PDF of the Samajwadi Vachan Patra could not be located online (samajwadiparty.in and search did not return it), so all quotes are closest reported English wording from news coverage (ETV Bharat, Krishi Jagran, The Quint, Careers360, India Observers) and quoteIsExact is false. Reports conflict on the LPG promise (Krishi Jagran: two free cylinders a year for BPL families; ETV Bharat: two a month); the yearly reading is used. Reports also conflict on the auto-rickshaw fuel quantity (3 L petrol/6 kg CNG vs 6 L petrol/3 kg CNG), so only the two-wheeler part is in the text. A caste census promise could not be confirmed for the 2022 Vachan Patra (news hits were for SP's 2024 Lok Sabha manifesto), so it is not included. 'Satya Vachan, Atoot Vaada' was the manifesto tagline. Deadline is the notional end of the 2022-27 assembly term.
