The verdict
The scheme was revamped as the CM Apprenticeship Policy 2023, with stipends of Rs 8,000-13,000 a month (Rs 13,000 for graduates), above the promised Rs 5,000. The CM told the House that 11,081 apprentices joined government bodies from 2023-24 and about 6,000 joined private firms. Yearly intake fell from 4,312 to 3,290. Coverage of every unemployed graduate is not shown.
